LS2 Staff Borrower Notifications - Set Up

Borrower notifications are automatically sent out for Overdues and for Holds. You need to set up borrower notifications for all new students in September of each year. See the instructions below:

Question:
What do I do when LS2 says I don't have permission to do something?
Answer:
Use the generic OVERRIDE password = silver

Question:
Help! LS2 circulation is down! I can't get any information from the server. What do I do?
Answer:

  1. Email the District Teacher Librarian and the TL group to inform everyone that your LS2 is down (that way we can quickly tell if it is a district problem)
  2. The District Teacher Librarian will contact SD42 IT and/or TLC IT to initiate trouble shooting if it's a district-wide problem.
  3. If it's a local problem, then the District Teacher Librarian will work with you to solve the issue. If it can't be solved, then you can create an SD42 IT ticket.
