This session demonstrates how to add to or modify the following fields in a title record: Subjects, Contributors, Summary, Series and Awards.
Reminder: Whenever you work with fields on a title record, remember that you are changing the record for the entire District. So, ensure that your additions are correct by following the instructions in the videos below.

1. Go to your Launch Page and log into LS2 Cataloguing. Use the same login you use for LS2 Staff (mrpm\firstname_lastname).
2. Choose 2 or 3 books in your collection that have no Subjects. Or, choose books that you wish to add Subjects to. Add the appropriate subjects to the books following the instructions in the first video.
3. Choose 2 or 3 books in your collection that have no Summaries. Add the appropriate summaries to the books following the instructions in the second video.
4. Choose a series of books - add the Series field to these books following the instructions in the Series videos.
5. Practice adding Contributors or Awards when the situation arises.
